We do not charge a set-up fee and offer and our monthly management fee is 10% of the gross rent collected (as partners why would your Management Company be making money on your investment if you aren't). Also, discounts are given for owners with multiple properties or multi-unit buildings.
We do NOT charge an up-front or annual lease-up fee (which for other companies is typically 1/-2 of first months rent (charged to you every year) or a minimum monthly fee if unrented!
Real Property Management focuses 100% of our time, effort and energy to providing full-time service to our clients we do not do this part-time!
